How long does shipping take? 

Delivery times are as follows:

Switzerland:

approx. 3-5 business days

Germany, Austria, France & Italy:

approx. 5-8 business days

Spain, Portugal, Netherlands, Belgium & Luxembourg:

approx. 7-14 business days

Please note that delays may occur depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and the shipping carrier.

How much are the shipping costs?

Any customs or import duties are charged by the individual country and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to Switzerland, Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.

Returns & Exchanges
